Recruiting and exceptions to the clan.

Recruiting wont be hard but it also wont be easy. When you are recruiting make sure that you dont necessarily recruit noobs. We want semi-pros and of course pros. Nor should you recruit hackers at anytime of day or night at anyclan that is also very noobish. By having good and active clan members make us look stronger and more active. Due to the loyalty and activity of these members the WOOT administration will then decide on what to do with them. Remember the people we recruit that arent semi but really close to that point can be trained by our OldGens in the clan that pretty much make us up. Remember be loyal,active,respective, and above all lethal. Enjoy your stay At Woot.

Well sometimes, these noobs turn out being the most loyal.
Since everyone has a clan nowadays.

Yeah i think noobs help the clan alot by providing entertainment to just 'being there'

Personally I don't like to have nubs in the clan, rather have people who can war and participate in the clan rather then someone who just sits around.
